JOB PURPOSE: 


Coordination and supervision of the implementation of shop window projects, retail events and / or special projects, guaranteeing the execution of works within the scheduled timeframe and in compliance with set budgets, coordinating local vendors and interfacing with HQ Engineering, Visual and Retail Operations teams, for the France / Belgium / Monaco area.

 


RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Coordination with the colleagues of the Shop Windows office at the HQ for shop window projects, promotional fit-outs for the relevant area, collecting the information required to start the project. 
  • Planning and supervision of the activities at the construction site, of the designers and external suppliers, constantly monitoring costs, timing and correct enforcement of safety rules. 
  • Preparation and implementation of changes and updates to the project if requested by the Management or if deemed necessary. 
  • Verification of the technical feasibility of design solutions. 
  • Ensure the quality of execution, respecting the concept. 
  • Preparation of reports following the installation to be sent to the HQ. 
  • Check and control of costs, considering the continuous check and implementation of new suppliers in terms of production and installation. 

 


KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS :

 

Master’s degree in architecture / Fashion Business
Knowledge of Office, Autocad, Photoshop
Fashion / luxury-oriented and knowledge of Retail basic principles
Good command of Italian language is really appreciated, english is a plus.  
Flexibility to travel in short business trip in the area of France Belgium and Montecarlo
Organization, precision, ability to find immediate solutions, and practicality of execution are necessary characteristics for the development of the role.
Ability to manage activities quickly, with high reactivity
Management of internal communication with other departments, in order to ensure a good implementation process and connect HQ with the local company.
