PRADA Runner, Sankt Moritz

JOB PURPOSE

The Runner will help in receiving, storing and issuing sales floor merchandise on a timely manner, being the point of contact between the shop floor and the store warehouse.

The store’s warehouse is internal, and the role will involve frequent movement, lifting and carrying of merchandise.

RESPONSABILITIES:

• Product Handling: Efficiently load and unload merchandise to and from designated areas, maintaining the integrity of the products.
• Replenish the shop floor, while helping the sales staff in ensuring the best customer service.
• Maintain and replenish the packaging counter to ensure a continuous supply for customer needs.
• Arrange and organize items on display (both on the shop floor and in the store warehouse)
• Ensure the overall cleanliness and organization of the shop floor and warehouse, adhering to
• Ensure Prada’s standards.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

Previous experience as Runner, Stock Keeper, Warehouse Assistant or Retail Assistant, preferably within fashion, luxury or retail environments.

Preferred experience in luxury boutiques, premium department stores or fashion brands, with knowledge of high visual and customer experience standards.

Strong organizational skills, accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Team-oriented and service-driven, with the ability to support sales teams in efficient product management.

RAL: 50.000 – 60.000 CHF
