Asst. Retail Merchandiser, Prada DF

JOB PURPOSE

The incumbent is responsible to support the buying process by performing sales analysis and ensure that merchandises are properly and timely replenished to maximize sales opportunity for Prada DF.  And taking the duties for all related system flows to ensure smooth business operation. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Good understanding on duty free characteristics and system
• Take part in buying and selections of merchandises for designated product line(s) through direct communication with HQ category person in charge.
• Proficient and skilful communication with co-workers to proceed all the involved procedures smoothly and to ensure that the shops are properly and sufficiently merchandised at all times
• Update and provide quantitative information for sales and stock on daily, weekly, monthly basis to have better market analysis.
• Assist in preparing, checking, and approving replenishment and special merchandise transfer for all shop locations
• Prepare stock requisition to ensure timely delivery of merchandise for all shop locations
• Assist in preparing product training material and conduct product training if needed
• Compile ad hoc report and perform analysis as needed

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

Experience in the duty-free market and system is required

Buying experience with the knowledge of fashion/luxury products are preferred

Similar 4-5 year experience in this role

Fashion/luxury-oriented and knowledge of Retail basic principles

Familiar with SAP system and MS office especially Excel

Strong sensitivity and aesthetic sense

Good command of English language and preferably of a second language
