Responsibilities

 

 

  • Sustain Prada Group and local cultural journey, growth and targets achievement, in alignment with the values and pillars of Drivers of Change and Leadership Behaviors;

 

  • Boost the collaboration between Headquarter and Local teams through regular meetings and constructive conversations as “One HR” on how to set up for success the regional organization leveraging on organizational KPIs and processes implementation;

 

  • Growth talents within the organization - for both Stores and Headoffice, leveraging on job enlargements, new role, cross functions or vertical developments;

 

  • Support initiatives to strengthen the digital mindset within the organization, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and digital transformation;

 

  • Effectively execute the key HR processes of the Employee Journey adopting a digital mindset, in line with the local business needs and HQ guideline/goals:

 

  • Labor cost and Workforce planning Budgeting and Forecasting
  • Talent acquisition and management / Succession planning
  • Manage and taking care of Stores and Headoffice employee
  • Performance management
  • Employer branding
  • Employee and labor relations
  • Weekly/monthly/yearly HR KPI and reporting for Stores and Headoffice
