JOB PURPOSE

To be responsible for co-ordinating and supporting technical activities for Prada Korea in timely and cost-effective manner.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Settlement work for project construction cost
• Assist Technical team in managing budget, capital expenditures, scheduling and maintenance of retail store projects.
• Handle documentation and efficient project administration, including maintaining project documents.
• Manage to process of purchase orders on SAP system.
• Work with Technical team to follow up and monitor technical activities and ensure overall compliance with company standards & local regulation
• Assist Technical team to coordinate design concept, layout and material selection to be used with Regional Team and Technical Office in Italy
• Co-ordinate all aspects of technical work e.g. submission of drawing, design, logistics, ordering, payment etc.
• Assist in communicating with all internal departments and external third parties, including but not limited to landlord, local authorities, contractors, consultants, suppliers etc.
• Any other duties assigned from time to time.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

Bachelor degree in Architecture, Interior design, Real estate or relevant major is preferred.

Minimum 3 years of professional experience, dealing with high-end commercial architecture & interior projects, interior fit-out contractor, or design firm & project managing with luxury international companies.

Hands on knowledge & experience to provide well-resolved solutions to project team.

Strong command in English and good communication skills.

MS PowerPoint, Excel, Project, AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign and preferably SAP.
