JOB PURPOSE

 

Be a member of L&D team that contribute and support the design, implementation, delivery, and evaluation of L&D and Training Programs to improve individual, team, organizational performance and motivation with special focus for Stores Staff, for the Group's Brand

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Assess Training needs and L&D needs for Stores and Head Office, based on individual needs and organizational/functional ones together with L&D/Training manager
  • Creates, customizes and implements Store Training programs leveraging multiple ways of delivery (in person training, gaming platforms, digital apps, LMS platform, etc.). More specifically: 1) Trains the team ensuring the right implementation of the Client Journey (Human Touch, Brand DNA, Clienteling, etc.); 2) Trains the store staff in order to ensure the delivery of a customer experience in line with the global/brand strategy; 3) Supports local merchandisers in product training delivery; 4) Manages the Store roles induction
  • Creates, customizes and implements every learning strategies according to Company guidelines and local needs, for Stores and Head office develops resources and coursework material, including on-boarding, managerial, behavioural and technical contents
  • Spends most of time on the shop floor, supports the stores’ staff through on-the-floor observation, providing feedback, providing exercises and role plays, practices, etc.
  • Collaborate with various departments to measure the success of the training initiatives and determining the value to the overall objectives
  • Supports training strategies within the local market with a focus on improving KPI’s (e.g. NPS) and ensuring a consistent client experience
  • Provides continuous feedback to L&D Manager, Retail Operation Manager and Store Management on the progress of the team and individual members.
  • Design solutions, both in-house and with expert third parties
  • Deliver trainings including on-boarding, managerial, behavioural and technical contents
  • Support the delivery of the Annual Performance Management Program
  • Prepare developmental initiatives to support internal growths, career paths according to the Performance Management results
  • Works effectively with LMS Digital Platform
  • Contribute to the budget process and to estimate commitments and costs
  • Maintain a good relationship with internal and external clients, as well as conduct market research on new technologies and methodologies practiced
