PRADA Retail Merchandising Intern

JOB PURPOSE

The Merchandising Intern will support the regional merchandising and buying teams with reporting, operational coordination, and system processing. This role provides hands-on exposure to merchandising operations across South Asia markets, with a strong focus on data accuracy, cross-functional support, and timely execution.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Generate and maintain regional databases and reports, ensuring data accuracy and timely distribution to stakeholders.
• Support rebalancing activities and monthly CCT processes, including:
  • Art list preparation and maintenance
  • Purchase Order (PO) processing across all product categories
• Process and track client requests across South Asia and Worldwide regions, ensuring timely resolution and proper documentation.
• Perform MOT (Merchandise Order Tracking) entries, a critical function supporting the buying process and inventory flow.
• Assist with ad hoc reporting and administrative support as required by the merchandising team.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS 

• Business/ Fashion Merchandising / Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus
• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Communication skills and able to integrate with merchandising & store teams
