JOB PURPOSE
Supports Caffè Manager in maintaining and managing the correct accounting of store fees and warehouse accounting.
You will be responsible for the correct and timely management of accounting and administrative operations by providing transversal support to the chief accountant in the various areas.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Supports the manager in verifying the correspondence between accounting data and related warehouse movements

Supports the manager in front note activities, registration of active/passive invoices, bank reconciliations and in monthly closing activities

Supports in the management of relationships with banks and credit institutions, updating the "bank file" and forwarding payment instructions

Manages archive updating, optimizing the use of IT tools

Monitor customer/supplier deadlines promptly

Manages the reporting activity by verifying that the correctness and consistency of the data to be presented to the Management

Participates in inventory control activities

Collaborates in the correct administrative and civil management of the Companies

Collects, verifies, charges, accounts for data and closes accounts.

Highlight irregular positions and manage consequent interventions.

Develops and prepares accounting situations.

Carry out operations that are functional to budgets and final accounts.

Records the assessments as per "C forms" received from the Intercompany companies, accounts for the assessments of costs and taxes for the period;

Is responsible for any irregularities that may be found in the delegated activities and for the failure to achieve the objectives assigned to the job.
