To support the Training Manager to optimize and deliver training programs focusing on the Stores’ selling ceremony, product knowledge and sales techniques in order to boost the Company sales targets. To work closely with his/her team, maintaining contact also with other trainers at an international level and with the Headquarters.





  • Implement training programmes in accordance with Headquarters and the Country guidelines.
  • Provide In-Store coaching and training to drive competencies development.
  • Work with Training Manager to enhance the design and facilitation of training and team-building programmes.
  • Conduct Store Induction training and other training programmes.
  • Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and e-learning programmes
  • Build relationships with Corporate and Store teams, engage them as business partners and enlist their commitment on training priorities.
  • Conduct store visits to gain a deeper understanding of retail business.
  • Collaborate with Training Manager on ad hoc assignments and projects relating to training function to build organisational capability, based on business directions needs.


  • Manage training expenses and payments e.g. purchase order creation/monitoring, payment follow-up with Finance/external vendor, etc.
  • Handle training logistics arrangement e.g. training materials, venue, catering, equipment, etc.
  • Manage training reporting e.g. Training Database, Training Calendar Planning, etc.
  • Support ad hoc training administration as assigned by Training Manager.




Bachelor Degree in learning and development fields/ human resources management/psychology

Previous experience in store training

Experience with Learning Management System is a plus

Proactive and flexible in an ever-growing training environment

Good team player and motivator, culturally sensitive

Curios and always up to date about new training methods

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Great presentation skills

Proficient in spoken English/Mandarin
