JOB PURPOSE
At Prada Group, innovation meets tradition. As part of our HR Digital Transformation team, you will help shape the future of Human Resources by designing and delivering cutting-edge technology solutions. Working closely with HR and business leaders across multiple countries, you will play a key role in enhancing the employee experience and driving digital excellence.

RESPONSABILITIES
- Gather and analyze HR and business needs to define functional requirements for innovative digital solutions.
- Support IT in the selection, design, and architecture of HR systems.
- Act as a Project Manager or Key User in HR digitalization initiatives (e.g., People Analytics, Onboarding, Talent, Payroll, Organization), managing timelines, tasks, and priorities.
- Drive change management by training HR users, providing support, and maintaining clear documentation for digital tools.
- Contribute to our People Analytics strategy by developing reports, generating insights, and communicating data in a compelling way (using tools like Power BI and SAP Analytics Cloud).
- Collaborate to ensure data governance, visibility, and accessibility across HR systems.
- Evaluate tool usage, process efficiency, data quality, and user satisfaction to suggest improvements.
- Be the super-user for daily HR processes within our digital platforms.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
At least 3 years of experience in corporate environments or consulting firms.
Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Analytics Cloud, and Power BI.
Experience in Digital Transformation projects, ideally within HR.
Solid understanding of HR processes and project management methodologies.
Ability to bridge technical knowledge with business analysis.
Digital-first, data-driven mindset and continuous improvement attitude.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Fluency in both Italian and English.
