JOB PURPOSE

 

The position is based in Tuscany (Terranuova Bracciolini). The candidate will be responsible and point of reference for all HR activities of the leather goods plants in Italy. Reporting to the HR Director of LG Division, she/he will support actively in managing HR processes within all the plants.

 

 

        RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Manage recruitment activities and people internal mobility, providing support to the Line Managers in identifying candidates fitting with Division’s needs;
  • Deliver on boarding procedures to new employees, communicate internally new hirings and provide advice, assistance and follow-up on hire documentation as well as specific plants needs;
  • Manage the internal academy and development programs that support employees’ professional growth;
  • Provide support during annual processes such as budget cost, performance management, Salary Review, etc.
  • Manage of temporary workers and the related budget;
  • Guarantee execution of administrative tasks and ensure the relationship with the payroll and labour cost team as well as provide HR reporting to all the involved stakeholders;
  • Management of disciplinary actions;
  • Manage Industrial Relations activities within the plants.

 

 

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

 

Degree in business, human resources or other related field;

At least 5/6 years of experience in a similar role. A previous experience in manufacturing environment is a must;

Strong interpersonal and communication skills;

Drive for results with the ability to balance needs/ interests/demands and work in alignment with the objectives of multiple stakeholders;

Proactive, independent and autonomous

Availability and flexibility to undertake frequent national business trips as needed;

Fluent in english
