JOB PURPOSE

 

Responsible of leading, driving and managing a large transformation program in the industrial domain 

 


RESPONSIBILITIES 

 

  • Organize and conduct meetings of alignment with the stakeholders of the projects. These meetings are focused on the status of the schedule (time and costs), the management of any critical issues that require escalation actions and any strategic decision
  • Understand and manage the possible synergies between different transformation streams/existing projects 
  • Manage conflict escalation, negotiations aimed to the normalization and to the recovery of critical, predictable / expected (or not) events
  • Define the project objectives
  • Plan and monitor the project in terms of definition of the project plan (deliverables, deadlines...) and in economic terms (planning and spending control)
  • Collaborate with IT industrial lead to choose the project team, identifying any external suppliers and selecting them
  • Collaborate in the functional and technical analysis on the basis of the solution to be achieved
  • Collaborate in the coordination of the development phase of the project
  • Identification and analysis of the constraints, risks and issues
  • Plan, program and schedule resources/activities, respecting constraints and deadlines in a challenging market context and business environment
  • Keep the project in line with the strategic objectives according to the business needs
  • Attention to perception and satisfaction
  • Support the passage in maintenance system
  • Produce projects and performance reports (quantitative and qualitative indicators) to management
  • Responsible of the project communication plan

 


KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

 

Senior – 7-10 years of experiences in large, complex and international Project/Program
Proactivity abilities, teamwork, diplomatic and capability to handle good relationships both internally and externally
Excellent organizational, communication and leadership skills
High potential
Relational skills, team-work oriented
Rigorous, organized, committed, transparent
Written and oral communication skills
Beyond the team management skills, also technical skills required to be recognized as a leader on the topics.
