JOB PURPOSE

 

The internship role within our Industrial Sustainability Department is designed to provide practical professional experience in product compliance. The intern will be involved in supporting the compliance process of our product lines, including leather goods, footwear, ready-to-wear, accessories, and home collection, in accordance with international standards and Prada Group's sustainability policies. The position is aimed at individuals seeking to learn about the complexities of environmental responsibility and compliance in a corporate setting, offering a realistic perspective on the challenges and responsibilities in this field.

 

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Engaging in research and analysis of new regulations to understand the landscape of compliance constraints in product import and commercialization.
  • Assisting in the management of compliance for raw materials and finished products, under the guidance of experienced team members.
  • Supporting the oversight of external analysis laboratories, helping in the evaluation of reports and management of testing samples.
  • Contributing to the supervision of periodic compliance checks and monitoring of the supply chain.
  • Participating in team meetings and learning sessions to broaden your understanding of the industry and our company's practices.

 

 

 

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

 

Current enrollment in or recent graduation from a degree program in Management engineering, Chemistry, Environmental Sciences, or a similar field.

Interest in learning about product compliance and sustainability in the Leather Goods, Footwear, RTW, Accessories, or Home Collection sectors.

Basic understanding and interest in product development processes.

Eagerness to develop skills in stakeholder relationship management.

Attention to detail, reliability and a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.

Flexibility and a collaborative spirit, with an openness to receiving feedback and learning from experienced professionals.

Good command of the English language, both spoken and written.

Very good command of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
