JOB PURPOSE

 

This individual will be part of Prada HR IT department (location could be in Milano or in Terranuova Bracciolini) as the Subject Matter Expert role in SAP SuccessFactors. Candidate should be able to provide and present creative solutions for complex Business requirements with understanding of Business processes and SuccessFactors system and drive the teams to a collective best practice system solution for an Integrated HR environment.

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Design, implement and support solutions for complex HCM business processes; conduct requirements and design sessions with internal customers to identify current process and future needs
  • Configure application to meet customer needs while providing best-practice guidance on HCM processes
  • Work with other team members to facilitate successful integration between modules and related business processes
  • Conduct regular periodic sessions with internal client and stakeholders to discuss progress of the Implementation
  • Strong stakeholders management skills
  • Master and maintain detailed knowledge of SuccessFactors product-suite configuration options, integration points and best practices
  • Keep the internal customer satisfaction levels high by providing timely services to them
  • Report to the IT HR Program Manager

 

 

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

 

Bachelors/Master’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering or Economics;

Fluency in Italian and English;

3+ years of experience working with SAP SuccessFactors as lead. Preferably certified and preferably experienced with multiple countries and modules (i.e. EC, LMS, PM, etc.)   

4+ years of relevant consulting experience;

Previous experience implementing and/or maintaining SAP SuccessFactors Employee;

Central (at least 2 full life cycle implementations in SuccessFactors is a plus);

Integration experience of SuccessFactors to SAP HR On-Prem is a plus;

Ability to work independently as well as with cross functional teams to drive continuous improvement, both technologically and functionally to satisfy business initiatives;

Problem solving, flexibility and proactivity;

Excellent communication skills;

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products;

Innovation, commitment, teamwork, entrepreneurship;

Willing to travel.
