JOB PURPOSE
The candidate, within the Sustainable Operations & Product Compliance Team, will support different Sustainability Programs in the supply chains linked to important commitments of the Group.
RESPONSIBILITIES
.Support the implementation of the various sustainability, traceability and circularity initiatives and projects
.Contribute to the creation of new programs and coalitions on resources efficiency to reduce Scope 3 footprint
.Support our partners in process innovation and in general on sustainability topics
.Monitor Sustainability KPIs and targets as outlined in the Group Sustainability Strategy, specifically for key raw materials
.Support the Group’s annual sustainability reporting and data collection
.Contribute to the development and management of various sustainability projects together with research & procurement departments
.Deliver on sustainability trainings for suppliers and internal stakeholders
.Support the procurement departments in the management of the Group’s portals and suppliers inquiries regarding sustainability and traceability
.Manage data gathering for the development and maintenance of LCA calculation models to the various functions
.Continuously benchmark best practices in sustainability, implementing relevant improvements, also to ensure business practices comply with environmental regulations.
.ontribute to projects and initiatives to enhance lower impact materials and products awareness within the Company's culture and among employees
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Engineering, environmental science, economics, chemistry or technical background, sound knowledge in sustainability topics and regulations; former experience in fashion and/or production will be considered as a plus
Proven program management skills, ability and agility to move and act in interdisciplinary fields
Excellent analytical skills
Outstanding can-do attitude, excellent communication skills, ability to act autonomously and manage working groups
Fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken
Excellent in the Office suite, proficient in Excel and Powerpoint
