JOB PURPOSE

 

The resource will be part of Prada SpA within the IT HR Department (location could be in Milano or in Terranuova Bracciolini). The candidate should be able to analyze customer business requirements and translates those requirements into technical design specifications and programs to realize on SCP. It ensures the release of projects by taking care of the technical analysis, creating the implementation and ensuring alignment and consistency with the other impacted HR and business systems.

This position requires expert SAP knowledge with technical software development and integration expertise using SAP technologies (SCP, HANA). The ideal candidate will also have functional knowledge of SAP HCM and/or SuccessFactors.

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Use Enterprise integration/application tools to design, develop, troubleshoot, test, debug and deploy integrations/applications
  • Ability to lead from a technical perspective and enable effective communication with HR IT team
  • Troubleshooting complex integration issues
  • Has deep understanding of the SuccessFactors products
  • Keep the internal customer satisfaction levels high by providing timely services to them
  • Work with global teams regularly and handle multiple projects/technical tasks at any point of time
  • Ability to grasp application and integration concepts of new products quickly and efficiently
  • Report to the IT HR Program Manager

 


KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

 

Bachelors/Master’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering;

Fluency in Italian and English;

At least 3+ years of experience in SAP HR module;

At least 3+ years of experience on SAP Cloud Platform Integration;

Strong design and development skills using SAP Cloud Platform Integration (experience with at least two large SAP Successfactors implementations is a plus); 

Previous implementation experience with SAP HCM data migration with SuccessFactors or other established on-Premise or cloud applications;

Hands on development experience in Java, Javascript, Node.JS or Express.JS is a plus;

Excellent SAP/Successfactors API (ODATA & SOAP) knowledge and experience;

Good knowledge of SAP Successfactors standard integrations;

Demonstrated ability to work with business and IT partners;

Problem solving, flexibility and proactivity;

Innovation, commitment, teamwork, entrepreneurship;

Willing to travel.
