Delivery and Warehouse Manager

JOB PURPOSE
The Delivery and Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing outbound logistics operations, inventory management,
and warehouse coordination to ensure efficient and timely delivery of merchandise and non-merchandise items.
This role involves managing third-party logistics (3PL) providers, optimizing operational procedures, and maintaining compliance
with company standards. The manager will also handle monthly reporting, cost control, and support replenishment activities for headquarters.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Logistics & Coordination
- Manage outbound logistics operation for merchandising & NMD (SAP/Local system)
- Liaise with relevant teams in the company to meet business needs/requirements.
- Negotiate with 3PL service providers and local carriers to enhance service level.
- Standardize Outbound operational procedures by making proposals to 3PL service providers.
- Supporting HQ for replenishment order.
- Maintain and update warehouse operation calendar in the system (SAP).
- Charter truck arrangement (Pop Up, Shop opening / closing)
- Warehouse visit (few times a month)
Inventory & Compliance
- Inventory management of packaging and stationery.
- Create monthly order for packaging and stationery.
- Inventory transfer between Retail location and Outlet location in warehouse (SAP).
- Create purchase orders for warehouse equipment and assets.
Monthly Reporting & Analysis & cost control
- Manage monthly invoice from external service providers using internal system.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Logistics/Supply Chain knowledge/skill.
English : Reading and writing skills required. Speaking skill is preferable.
PC skills, including Microsoft Office Applications, especially advanced skills in MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint.
Order management back ground is preferable but not a must.
SAP knowledge is preferable but not a must.
Communication and facilitation skills.
Proactive and problem solving approach.
