To be responsible in building new stores or renovating existing ones aligned with Prada Group's target and brand image. To communicate with department stores  and to have close relationship with the HQ architect, purchase office as well as with the Local vendor and the other Project Manager functions at Prada Japan.




  • To be responsible for the assigned Project (Building New Stores, Renovating Existing stores).
  • To coordinate with HQ architect, Purchase office as well as with Local vendor to follow Prada Group’s target, considering costs, schedule and quality at all time.
  • To work with department stores and finding the common ground between Prada Group’s target and their target, following all store construction activites.
  • To read Architectural and Construction drawings recieved from HQ Office and aligning them to the actual store requirements as well as to Japanese fire regulations and other standard construction law.
  • Cooperating with other functions to arrange construction schedule, quality and other matters.




Communication and negotiating skills with department stores

Communication skill with HQ counterpart related to store construction as well as good communication skill with other functions in Prada Japan

Analytical skill of sell-through achievement

Management skill with the project members

Familiar with Japanese Fire Regulations, Architectural codes, Japanese Standard construction laws

Able to properly read architectural drawings and construction drawings

Able to use AUTO CAD

Fluent English (Written, Spoken and Reading), italian language is welcome
