MIU MIU Retail Training Intern

JOB PURPOSE

Retail Training Internは、トレーニングプログラムおよびデジタルラーニング施策の円滑な運営を支えるため、Retail Trainingチームのアドミニストレーションおよびオペレーション業務をサポートします。

本ポジションは、リテールチームの学習体験の向上およびMiu Miuブランドビジネスの促進に貢献し、ラグジュアリーファッションにおけるRetail Training業務の実務経験を得る機会を提供するとともに、Retail Trainingチームの重要な一員としてご活躍いただきます。

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. トレーニング運営全般のサポート

• トレーニング実施に伴う準備および運営のサポート
• トレーニング資料および関連ドキュメントの整理・管理
• Retail Trainingに関連する各種アドミニストレーション業務のサポート

2. 翻訳業務のサポート        

• トレーニング資料およびHQからの英語資料の日本語翻訳サポート
• 翻訳資料の校正およびフォーマット調整のサポート

3. トレーニング資料準備のサポート

• PowerPointを使用したトレーニング資料の作成・更新サポート
• プレゼンテーションおよび学習資料の準備サポート

4. LMS＆デジタルラーニングのサポート

• LMSへのデータ入力およびメンテナンスのサポート（正確かつタイムリーな更新）
• デジタルラーニング記録および受講データ管理のサポート
• LMSデータの抽出・分析およびトレーニングレポート作成のサポート

5. その他サポート

• 社内・社外会議のスケジューリングと招集
• 店舗ビジット時のトレーニングおよびOJTのサポート

ビジネスレベルの英語力（本国から提供される資料の読解および翻訳が可能なレベル）
