JOB PURPOSE

このポジションでは、ストックマネージャーをサポートし、在庫管理業務や店舗運営に関する業務を担当します。商品の荷受け、販売を意識した整頓、出荷、返品、E-Commerceオーダーの準備、在庫管理を行い、ブランドのガイドラインに基づいて、店舗運営全体の効率化にも貢献します。

RESPONSIBILITIES
・企業のガイドラインに従い、商品保護と在庫管理を確実に実施
・E-Commerceの発送業務
・販売資材の在庫管理
・ユニフォームの管理
・お客様ギフトの適切な管理
・各種レポートの作成管理
・毎月の仮棚卸しの実施による在庫管理
・経理上、保管が必要な書類の管理

・バックオフィスのセキュリティと清潔さの維持
・ストックマネージャーと協力し、店舗マネージャーや店舗運営マネージャーと連携して利用可能なスペースの最適化と合理化をサポート
・クライアントアドバイザーのサポートや、ビジュアルマーチャンダイジングチームとの連携
・ストアオペレーションマネージャー、ストアマネージャーまたは本社からのKPI、ガイドライン、企業手順の更新に従う

 KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

・ファッションへの情熱があり、ブランドのファンである方

・ファッション業界の経験がない方でも、金銭授受などの業務経験がある方も大歓迎

・基礎的なPCスキル（Word、Excel）がある方　

※簡単な四則演算とフィルター使用　※Vlookup、Pivotは出来れば尚歓迎

・ラグジュアリーブランド、ファッションブランドでバックヤード業務、販売サポートの経験がある方尚歓迎

・正確性を重視でき、サポートマインドセットのある方

・差異調査や問題解決能力に自信があり、ロジカルに物事を考えられる方は尚歓迎

・英語へのアレルギーがない方（システムが英語のため）

・プロとしての立ち振る舞いができ、責任をもって業務に取り組める方
