JOB PURPOSE   

 

Promoting the Business and the Brand through the design, planning and implementation of in-store events, ensuring the company's high quality standards within the budget given,

Through an in-depth knowledge of the brand, local market and resources, is responsible for analyzing local opportunities in order to propose and rollout promotional activities and events in line with local needs and aimed at developing the Business, the relations with customers and at strengthening the image of the Brand, following Headquarters’ Retail Events guidelines.

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Analyze market trends and competitors' activities in relation to all events and promotional activities that take place within the store
  • Decline and roll-out the event formats according to the guidelines received from HQs, adapting them to the needs of local market and prioritizing related activities to increase the Brand awareness and to develop sales and customer relations
  • To be responsible for the execution of in-store and consumer facing events in compliance with deadlines, budgets, business expectations (ROI) while ensuring an excellent client experience
  • Actively collaborate with local CRM Manager and Communication Department in order to develop a consistent strategy with effective formats aiming to develop customer relationships
  • Manage the locally allocated events investment, developing the budget for the annual activity calendar, based on the corporate strategy and the local social calendar
  • Identify new external suppliers and partners managing relations, negotiation and guaranteeing the level of the outcome for the projects realization
  • Ensure managed activities are coordinated with local corporate functions involved, with specific regards for the activities related to the planning and implementation of events
  • To be responsible for all aspects related to the conception, planning and implementation of events: event format definition, timing  extra content, talents, search for location, catering, security, casting, fittings, logistics, mailing list, PR, fittings etc.
  • Verify  and enter into the dedicated system the supplier invoices for a correct budget flow tracking and closure of the project
  • Produce qualitative and quantitative reporting at the end of each event/activity implemented in the market.

 

 

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

 

To assist operational work or events coordination with the external vendors

At least 5 years of experience in the luxury market required

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Multitasking, fast learner and self-starter required

Good PC Skill (MS Excel, Power point)

Flexible and proactive thinking to implement the events

Japanese as mother tongue

English fluency
