JOB PURPOSE

 

Manages the “Voice” of the Prada and Miu Miu brands for all local social platforms in agreement with the HQ’s guidelines, in order to effectively communicate with the various types of users, so as to maximize the social engagement, increase the number of followers and implement an effective and consistent content on all platforms.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

          

  • Diversifies the Prada Group’s “Voice” and communicates it on all social platforms.
  • Monitors and manages all social channels directly on a daily and hourly basis, including in the evening and at the weekend, both in real time and verifying planned events.
  • Monitors the effectiveness and success of online initiatives using proper assessment tools, generating detailed daily, weekly and monthly reports in order to refine the content of the social strategy.
  • Cooperates to the production of the editorial calendar and its following management by creating the contents required and loading them onto the respective platforms.
  • Develops the contents and their management for all platforms, also in order to increase the level of engagement.
  • Assesses the advisability and methods of activations and connections to sub-communities to spread the Prada Group message.
  • Identifies the most significant blogs and activates “Social Conversations” to maximize the success of communication initiatives and Viral Marketing efforts.
  • Keeps constantly up-to-date on Social Media, Viral Marketing, E-commerce trends, initiatives and developments. 

 

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

 

5+ years' digital experience with at least 3 years focused on social media

Experience leading the creation and implementation of digital/social media campaigns

Extensive knowledge and understanding of social media platforms

Ability to understand and adapt to different brands and their industries

Written and speaking command of the English language

Excel and analytical skills preferred

Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing or Communications
