ストアマネジメントは、強いリーダーシップを持ち人材育成、店舗売上、店舗オペレーションを統括頂く重要なポジションです。

常に革新的な取り組みを行うPradaで、変化を楽しみ、知識や情報を効率的かつ的確にスタッフに提供し、ゴールに向けチームをリードしていただきます。

応募資格/スキル:

Must have：

・インポートブランド、ラグジュアリーコスメティックスにてマネジメント経験がある方

・アパレル接客販売経験（ラグジュアリーブランド出身者尚可）

・プロとしての立ち振る舞いを意識できる方

・プラダに対する情熱をお持ちの方

Nice to have：

・顧客構築、育成を積極的にリードでき、情熱をもってビジネスをドライブ出来る方

・店舗のチームを育成し強い組織を作れる方
