JOB PURPOSE                                             

The Finance Manager has a focus on general accounting and intra-group relations. She/ he will be in charge of monitoring all activities with a cross-functional approach and of providing reports and analysis to support strategic decisions and operational projects, according to business needs. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate some teams dedicated to general accounting and intra-group relations
• General accounting shall also include asset accounting, lease accounting in compliance with IFRS 16 rules and mandatory book-keeping
• Intra-group relations shall include intercompany services and reports aimed at the drafting of documents on transfer pricing requirements
• Accounting of transactions connected with license agreements

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

Master’s degree in economics and 5 years work experience

Good knowledge of the English language (CEFR B2)

Knowledge of accounting obligations under civil/corporate law

Knowledge of international accounting standards

Basic knowledge of transfer pricing documentation requirements
Knowledge of finance processes within multi-national groups

Basic knowledge of rules on the preparation and storage of digital documents

Basic knowledge of analytical accounting

The following skills are a plus:

Experience gained within the finance function of groups operating in the fashion industry 

Experience gained in auditing firms
