JOB PURPOSE
IT Industrial Planning Manager is accountable for the implementation, support and development of software in industrial planning domain in the production/purchasing team. Based on the already defined roadmap he/she will guarantee respect of timing/budget, and delivery excellence supporting both business and legacy teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Organize and conduct meeting of alignments with the project stakeholders
- Plan and monitor the project in terms of definition of project plan (deliverables, deadlines, etc.)
- Identification and analysis of the constrains, risk and issues
- Help in define the project objectives being involved in the process of demand with the IT Demand Planning Manager
- Support the industrial planning business team with functional and application activities
- Collaborate in the functional and technical analysis of the solution to be achieved
- Collaborate with IT Demand manager for project development activities, testing solution and application evolutions.
- Attention to perception and satisfaction
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
Degree in Business management or Engineering
>5 years of experiences in a consulting firm or in the IT Industrial department of a large company
Solid technical background, with experience in Industrial planning tools
Business skills: thorough understanding of industrial planning and related integration with integrated business planning.
Worldwide skills: Experience with large enterprise projects in international environments, Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with different international cultures
Excellent level of English (Spoken and Written)
