JOB PURPOSE
The trainee will join the Industrial Sustainability & Product Compliance Team at our Industrial HQ based in Tuscany (Terranuova Bracciolini, AR), supporting the implementation and development of the Group’s sustainability initiatives across industrial and supply chain activities.
This internship —curricular or extracurricular, with a duration of approximately 6 months—offers exposure to key programs linked to the Group’s strategic commitments on sustainability, compliance and responsible production, contributing to the integration of sustainable practices within industrial processes and products.
RESPONSABILITIES
- Support the implementation of sustainability, traceability and circularity initiatives across the supply chain
- Contribute to the development of new programs and coalitions focused on resource efficiency and Scope 3 footprint reduction
- Support partners and internal stakeholders on process innovation and sustainability topics, ensuring alignment with environmental regulations and best practices
- Monitor Sustainability KPIs and targets in line with the Group Sustainability Strategy, with a focus on key raw materials
- Support sustainability data collection and contribute to the Group’s annual sustainability reporting
- Collaborate with Research and Procurement teams on sustainability projects and initiatives to promote lower-impact materials and products within the Company culture
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
Degree in Environmental Engineering, Management Engineering, Chemistry or Economics & Management (specialization in Sustainability will be considered as a strong plus)
Knowledge of environmental sustainability principles, circular economy, and supply chain traceability
Good command of English (B2 level or higher)
Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and data analysis tools
Outstanding can-do attitude and excellent communication skills.
