JOB PURPOSE
As a member of our dynamic and global team reporting to the Group Intellectual Property Director, you will focus on protecting the value and reputation of Group’s brands.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage IP Enforcement and Litigation
- Coordinate external partners’ activities to enforce Prada Group’s IP online and off-line
- Constantly and extensively monitor major e-commerce platforms, social networks, search engines, websites and domain names, identify listings and contents which infringe Prada Group’s IP rights
- Review online enforcement targets for action and proposes to the Intellectual Property Director corrective and enforcement strategies and then implement the agreed actions
- Analyze online enforcement targets, cross-referenced against ongoing investigations, to help connecting online and off line sellers, strengthening the overall impact of the Intellectual Property Team’s efforts
- Create and update Customs training materials; intelligence reports and presentations for sharing with internal and external stakeholders
- Oversee global customs recordal and renewals programs
- Update internal process documents and assist in the planning and execution of anti-counterfeiting awareness programs
- Build and manage relationships with IP enforcement functions of online platform operators
- Propose and manage the anti-counterfeiting budget worldwide
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Education Minimum Requirement: BS or BA degree
2+ years’ work experience in intellectual property and brand protection, with proven expertise in online matters
Proficiency with using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel + PowerPoint) and proficient at web searches/research
Ability to analyze and organize data, strong attention to details and strong analytical skills
Organizational and time management skills in order to handle a high volume caseload
Ability to function in a fast-paced environment
