IT SAP MM Retail Specialist

JOB PURPOSE

For our HQ in Milan, Italy, we are looking for an IT SAP Retail Specialist reporting to the IT SAP Retail Manager and able to capture corporate & local business needs mainly coming from Retail Department (Master Data, Pricing, Assortment, Replenishment, Logistics and Back Office Store Operations) and manage the end-to-end delivery of IT change initiatives related to SAP Apps.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the design and the develop of the Global IT Transformation over the S4 HANA implementation Project
• Coordinate/supervise the different activities performed by external/internal providers within the solutions development lifecycle
• Support SAP RICEF development in MM/LOG module areas
• Participate in the testing stages from design, execution, integration and acceptance, providing adequate business process knowledge
• Manage day to day Application Management (AM) operations for Sap systems, according to service management standard processes (e.g. ITIL processes)
• Act as a subject-matter expert for your stakeholders, answering questions and providing guidance when needed
• Ensure that the business value of the developed IT solutions is consistent with the business outcome expected through all the development lifecycle
• Supervise activities performed by external providers within the solutions development lifecycle

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

University degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent one

Minimum 3-year experience as SAP Analyst for an international Retail or Fashion Company or SAP Consultant within such industry

Good knowledge of Master Data Management, Supply chain and Retail processes

Good knowledge of SAP ERP SAP modules: SAP MM –P2P Purchasing and material management, SAP LO- LE – logistics Execution

Strong knowledge about Retail business process (Master Data, Assortment, Replenishment, Inventory, Sales and price management)

Fluency in Italian and English
