JOB PURPOSE

We are looking for a IT Governance Specialist to join the Group IT Governance with the goal of supporting the function in managing "IT-for-IT" processes and the relationship with main IT function stakeholders.

The Candidate – operating within the team based at Headquarters level - will support the function in coordinating the IT project & portfolio, in managing the budgeting/monitoring & forecasting processes for the IT function, in designing the evolution of the IT Operating Model and supporting its adoption, and in coordinating interactions with the main stakeholders of the IT Group function. The candidate will work in establishing frameworks, policies, and tools to ensure IT investments align with business strategy, mitigating IT risks, managing security controls, conducting audits, and reporting to senior management to ensure operational efficiency and accountability.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Coordinate IT budget management and cost control
• Design / evolve and drive adoption of IT Operating and Delivery model (orga, role & responsibilities, sizing, tools, etc)
• Coordinate IT masterplan management and governance across different transformations streams
• Partner with senior stakeholders to align IT strategy with business objectives and value delivery
• Design, implement, and maintain IT governance frameworks
• Measure and monitor IT performance, delivery, and quality
• Develop managerial presentation as part of the CIO staff
• Support digitalization of IT processes, ensuring efficient management and adoption of governance tools
• Simplify IT4IT operations and interactions with other internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS 

Master’s degree, in Information Technology or Engineering fields

5 years of relevant experience in Retail, Fashion industry or IT consulting 

Knowledge of IT processes and services, preferably with a focus on the Retail and Fashion/Luxury sectors

Strong competence and experience in managing budget / cost control processes, and enablement of tools to support it

Knowledge of SDLC processes for both waterfall and agile methodologies, and related frameworks such as ITIL and SAFe

Strong competence and experience in Operational Model design for IT functions (operational model, roles and responsibilities, procedures, sizing, organizational model) and change management for their adoption 

Strong attitude for continuous improvements and digitalization as strategic lever driving efficiency and simplification

Experience in designing and developing presentations and data views to support IT Leadership 

Previous project and program management experience, preferably gained by tackling complex transformative programs

Ability to prioritize effectively and work across different teams

Public speaking, presentation skills and logical reasoning capability

Organized and detail oriented

Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken
