JOB PURPOSE

 

The IT Marketing System Specialist will support the IT Marketing Lead in the daily operational

management and continuous evolution of marketing application stack that is structured around three core project streams:

Marketing Automation: 1to1, 1toMany Campaigns and Customer Journey.

Data Collection & Analytics: Website & Mobile Application tracking and data analysis. Website Personalization: A/B Testing & web site personalization.

 

The role is primarily focused on operational support, structured analysis, and internal

delivery follow-up.

While a technical background is considered a plus, the position requires organizational skills, analytical mindset, and the ability to work closely alongside the IT Marketing Lead within a structured enterprise IT environment.

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Support the IT Marketing Lead in monitoring sprint activities and task progress.
  • Manage tickets, incidents, and change requests of the Marketing project streams.
  • Conduct basic troubleshooting and initial investigation for incoming bug reports, tracking anomalies, or technical issues across the MarTech platforms.
  • Support validation of vendor deliveries against defined requirements.
  • Support SIT and UAT activities from a technical perspective.
  • Maintain technical and functional documentation.
  • Assist in maintaining solution quality and compliance with internal standards.

 

 

 

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

 

Degree in engineering or information technology or similar.

Experience (1–3 years) in MarTech, digital agencies, or enterprise application environments.

Basic knowledge of Marketing Automation processes (Email Marketing, Customer Journeys etc.).

Basic knowledge of SQL for data querying and extraction.

Familiarity with Agile methodology.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Introductory knowledge of or experience with the Adobe Experience Cloud stack (Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Experience Platform and Adobe Analytics).

Basic understanding of web analytics, tracking and tagging concepts.
