JOB PURPOSE    

 

The successful candidate will support the Media Planning Team in order to achieve successful results by ensuring coordination of team activities through preparation of reports, monitoring of deadlines and maintaining the constant line of communication with all different stakeholders worldwide.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

 

  • Data collection and aggregation for reporting purposes
  • Monitoring of deadlines, calendars and campaigns
  • Support in the production of monthly/weekly reports related to Media Activities (campaigns, fashion shows) 
  • Support in communication exchanges with worldwide stakeholders
  • Support in archive activities
  • Use of Excel, PowerPoint and other corporate tools for Media Planning

 

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS 


Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Power Point and Excel 
Interest in analytical aspects of Communication

Problem solving skills
Self-motivated and proactive

Good interpersonal skills
Resilience
Well spoken and written English
