JOB PURPOSE
The Communication Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating global communication projects to ensure their successful execution. This role will report directly to the Communication Director and will be responsible for driving brand innovation, maintaining contemporaneity, and enhancing market leadership through strategic communication initiatives.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute global marketing and communications strategies, aligning them closely with the company's vision and business objectives.
- Develop and distribute communication calendars
- Create and distribute the Communication Strategy for each project
- Collaborate across design, retail, e-commerce, CRM, and all communication departments to deliver cohesive messaging and achieve business KPIs globally
- Oversee communication activities related to retail, including the scheduling of product focus initiatives and their internal distribution to all relevant teams
- Oversee and strategically allocate the global marketing and communication budget in collaboration with the Communication Director.
- Coordinate with PR, social media, media, contents production and event teams both HQ and subsidiaries, ensuring consistent brand storytelling across all channels.
- Make sure all strategies and initiatives are correctly presented and reviewed to all departments involved in the decision-making process.
- Curate and manage the production of contents tailored to various platforms and audiences ensuring that key products are published where and when need to be visible.
- Oversee calendarization and execution of seasonal campaigns, product launches, image events, and fashion shows.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Master's degree in Marketing or a related field.
Strong leadership, clear communication, and decisive management abilities.
Deep understanding of a Global Communication team dynamics, digital marketing strategies, and emerging communication technologies.
Ability to thrive in dynamic environments, adapting quickly to market trends and business needs.
Strong knowledge of various communication and marketing channels, including digital advertising, social media, email marketing, content marketing, events and traditional media.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
Strong project management and organizational abilities, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively.
