JOB PURPOSE
Reporting to the Miu Miu Third Parties and E-Merchandising Manager, the Online Third Parties Business Specialist will support the development and execution of Miu Miu’s digital strategy across third-party e-commerce channels, ensuring consistent brand representation and commercial excellence. This role is responsible for managing third-party partner onboarding, ensuring accurate and timely product catalogue updates, and supporting performance analysis to drive business growth and brand consistency across digital channels.
RESPONSABILITIES
- Collaborate with the Product Owner and Tech teams to define and refine the third-party digital roadmap. Monitor and optimize ongoing initiatives to ensure alignment with business objectives and luxury standards
- Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for new third-party partners, from initial evaluation to post-launch support
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (Tech, Operations, Legal, Finance) to ensure smooth and timely go-lives
- Evolve weekly, monthly, and seasonal reporting to provide top management with actionable insights. Monitor Business KPIs to drive decision-making, boost sales, and seize growth opportunities
- Ensure accurate and complete product data uploads using Brand PIM and feed management systems (i.e. Akeneo, Marketplace Hub)
- Monitor product completeness and publication status, maximizing time-to-market (TTM)
- Regularly review and maintain product mappings, ensuring correct categorization and alignment with marketplace requirements
- Craft a detailed commercial calendar working closely with each partner team to develop targeted digital marketing strategies for each marketplace & e-concession
- Organize partner shooting working on content creation that resonates with the luxury consumer base, highlighting unique selling propositions and brand stories
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Commerce, or a related field
3–5 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketplaces, or luxury fashion retail, preferably in a global context
Proven track record of launching and managing third-party partnerships in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, Qlik, Power BI, or other reporting tools
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; fluency in English is mandatory
Deep understanding of luxury fashion consumers and digital commerce dynamics
Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement
Web Analytics (QlikView, MicroStrategy), PIM (Akeneo), DAM (Fluiid4) and Project Management (Jira, Confluence) softwares are considered a plus
