Job Purpose
We are looking for a Product Owner in the eCommerce area to join our growing Product team to be part of the Digital Dept. Come, build with us.
Responsibilities
- Own the solutions developed by the cross-functional team, ensuring alignment with the broader strategic goals of the organization.
- You will be a PO in a cross-functional team that serves the Ecommerce channel of Prada Group. This area is all about the catalog, integration, shipping and fulfillment complexity of our Product. You will support the building of a Feature Roadmap and you will be heavily involved in the release planning.
- Champion a user-centric approach, fostering a collaborative environment with software engineers, e-Operations, Scrum Masters, QA teams, and third-party providers, while promoting a shared product vision across the team.
- Implement a Use Case-driven approach, defining the vision, strategy, and goals for Use Cases within the Product domain. You will oversee the concepts and ensure alignment with other POs for a seamless customer experience.
- Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders, including internal teams (e-operations, communication, marketing, engineering) and external partners, to gather and refine business requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment.
- Work closely with the Lead Product Owner and other team members, contributing to the Product Owners chapter by sharing knowledge and best practices.
- Take ownership of backlog prioritization, backlog decomposition, and user story design, ensuring optimal delivery outcomes.
Knowledge and Skills
Successful studies in business management or engineering
4+ years’ experience working as Product Owner and/or Product Manager in cross functional teams
Solid background, with experience in e-commerce platforms and third-party integration: design and backend integration patterns (5/6+ years of experience)
Understanding of different business model related to third-parties (i.e. marketplace, e-concession…)
Understanding of catalog management flows, including product data structures, attribute mapping, product information management (PIM) systems, and synchronization of product details across eCommerce platforms
Knowledge of order fulfillment best practices, including inventory management, shipping logistics, and integration with third-party providers to ensure seamless customer experiences
Very good usage of AGILE and Waterfall project management tools
Familiarity with Atlassian tools (Confluence, Jira)
Familiarity with SCRUM, Agile or Design Sprint methodologies
Excellent level of English (Spoken and Written)
