JOB PURPOSE

 

The Performance Media Specialist will work together with the Performance Media Manager overseeing SEM campaigns for Prada. She/He will grant strategy implementations coordinating agencies and subsidiaries. Monitoring performances on a day-by-day basis, will provide valuable insights to drive business objectives.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

 

  • Campaign Planning: Develop and execute SEM strategies aligned with the overall marketing calendar.
  • Asset Coordination: Collaborate with internal and external teams to procure and manage creative assets and copies for SEM campaigns.
  • Implementation and Optimization: Ensure accurate implementation of ad creatives, product feeds, and tracking parameters.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Monitor campaigns performance daily, adjusting agency objectives as needed; generate weekly and monthly performance reports, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Innovation and Improvement: Identify opportunities for optimization and propose new features to enhance channel performance.

 

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS 

 

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
Strong understanding of performance marketing tools and platforms. 
Proven track record in managing ROI-driven and conversion-focused ecommerce campaigns.
Excellent knowledge of SEM tools and platforms
Well-organized, detail-oriented and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
Fluent in both Italian and English 
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Digital Management, or Advertising.
