JOB PURPOSE   

 

The Performance Media Specialist will manage SEM campaigns for Miu Miu and Church’s, coordinating agencies work and monitoring day by day results. She/He will report to the Performance Media Manager being part of the Performance Media Team.

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Planning SEM activities based on the campaigns’ calendar
  • Coordinating internal and external stakeholders for creative assets and copy requests for SEM campaigns
  • Updating and ensuring correct implementation of all the creativities, product feeds and tracking parameters
  • Monitoring campaigns performances on a daily basis, adjusting agencies’  objectives
  • Providing reports, analysis, and insights on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Providing solutions and optimizations and proposing new features to implement to improve performances of the channels

 

 

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

 

At least 3 years experience in a similar role

Strong and proven experience in performance media and knowledge of tools and platforms

Proven management of performance marketing campaigns for ecommerce (ROI and conversion driven objective)

Excellent knowledge of SEM tools and platform

Good knowledge of MS Office and Excel

Well-organized, accurate and details oriented

Strong critical thinking and analytical skills

Passionate about digital marketing

Exceptional communication and writing skills both Italian and English (fluent English, C1 level minimum is required)

BSc/BA in marketing, communications, digital management/advertising
