We are looking for a Adobe Marketing Cloud Solution Architect to be part of the Information Technology Department, who will be responsible for leading all the technical application architecture and design activities of the Adobe Marketing cloud stack (Adobe campaign standard, Adobe target, Audience manager, analytics.

S/he will support digital marketing programs and initiatives at WW level and the associated technical capabilities developed on the Marketing platform. The individual will work closely with business and technology leads including project managers, user experience leads as well as external agencies and partners. The candidate will operate as Marketing Cloud subject matter expert and will be the point person for all technical and functional capabilities of the platform.

Qualified candidates must have proven experience with Adobe Marketing cloud stack (Target, Campaign, Analytics, Audience Manager) and knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager.




  • Serve as the subject matter expert on Adobe Marketing cloud stack (Target, Campaign, Analytics, Audience Manager)
  • Work with stakeholders to understand campaign marketing requirements and translation into Adobe Campaign technical solutions
  • Design, Develop and Build Campaign Workflow and Delivery Templates
  • Architect, configure, administer, and operate Adobe Campaign to build Multi-channel campaigns
  • Provide knowledge of solution integration between Campaign and others Adobe component
  • Hands on integrate Adobe Analytics with other Adobe Marketing Cloud products.
  • Develop and modify JavaScript code and Analytics plugins to execute web analytics strategies
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience of Audience Manager technical implementation, which includes integration of data sources, ID sync implementation, creating destinations and other key aspects
  • Coordinate with other teams to get the correct attributes, setup the environment required, & work with Adobe to setup platform for data source integration
  • Define Target-AEM integration rules and support A/B testing and other personalization guidelines
  • Provide architectural guidance on Infrastructure, Performance, and scalability aspects of Adobe and its complete solution stack including Authors, Publishers, Dispatchers, CDN etc.
  • Provide detailed estimates and lead solution architecture development.
  • Collaborate with team members and business stakeholders to promote re-use of application architecture, workflows, and components.
  • Establish standards and guidelines for effective use of the Adobe Marketing cloud solutions, their integration within the Adobe platform, and integration with other core systems.





Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or other relevant field

5+ years of technology experience in Digital Marketing organization with hands-on experience leading, developing, and architecting websites and campaign.

3+ years of experience working in digital marketing context with relevant multichannel campaign and personalization experiences 

Strong experience in leading, developing and architecting digital experience applications including websites, content management capabilities, web and mobile capabilities leveraging Adobe cloud applications

Proven experience in rolling out global application platforms.

Experienced in agile delivery model and hands-on expertise with modern DevOps practices – including but not limited to – GIT, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, JIRA, Confluence etc.

Innovative thinking and the ability to leverage past technology experience to be successful in an entrepreneurial fast paced environment.

Strong IT analysis and analytical skills.

Solid digital marketing and campaign management understanding
