JOB PURPOSE

The resource, inserted within the Treasury Department, will be responsible for bank transaction recording through the Treasury operating system, bank reconciliation, reporting, Remote Banking management, online portals, and interfacing with accounting systems.

RESPONSIBILITES 

• Accounting registration of bank transactions and Cash Pooling

• Bank reconciliations: daily control of bank transactions (domestic/foreign) and verification of monthly balances with bank balance reconciliation

• Verification and updating of rates and interest calculation, scalar checks, and accounting reconciliations

• Interface with accounts payable for verification and management of payment flows

• Presentation of riba effects and verification of conditions applied by banking institutions

• Document archivin

• Treasury reporting

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

Bachelor's degree in Economics

Professional experience: 3-5 years of experience in the role; Knowledge of Treasury Management Systems

Knowledge of remote banking systems

Excellent knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel), Microsoft Edge, and Microsoft Teams; Preferred knowledge of SAP system

Good knowledge of the English language

Strong ethical code and integrity

Good communication and interpersonal skills
