JOB PURPOSE    

 

To be in charge of all the responsibilities related to the warehouse management and of providing services to the Store providing efficiency.
To ensure the correct handling of goods in store, complying with the KPI’s and  guidelines and company procedures for the care of the product.

 


RESPONSIBILITIES

•    Coordinate with HQ Operations Office to manage and supervise all the operations procedure, providing regular feedback and exchange with Ops team to ensure alignment and timely support whenever needed;
•    Guarantee a correctly warehouse navigation, creating and putting into practice efficient goods storage systems;
•    Ensure the care and protection of the product according to company guidelines;
•    Day-to-day management of goods receipt and storage in line with company procedures and criteria, preparing products to be brought to the sales floor and in special areas while optimizing the timing efficiency;
•    Prepare shop-to-shop and returns transfers in compliance with company guidelines and timelines;
•    Prepare the flow of E-Commerce orders making sure to  guarantee the required service levels;
•    Prepare the flow of the damaged products, not sellable product (on hold, consignment, products under repair;
•    Guarantee adequate boutique operation in terms of structure, taking care of all the details that allow the team members to carry out their job efficiently. Contact and manage non-merchandise supply (stationary, uniforms, packaging, refreshment, etc.)
•    Organizes the Packaging and Stationery physically and on the IT systems;
•    Collaborate with the Local Facilities to supervise all the possible maintenance and cleaning operations;
•    Identify security & H&S hazard risk, take action or report to Ops team if needed and sharing with Store Manager;
•    Handle in-store IT issues and escalate as needed;
•    Supervise the corporate mobile usage in store, ensuring that all devices and required app are properly operating;
•    Monitor the operation process of after sales, before sales and product returns;
•    Participate in the correct management of correct flow of gifts flow;
•    Organizes the Display/Windows objects system;
•    Manage cases of Prada Group staff clothing allowance;
•    Correct protection and packaging of the product both inside the store and for transfers, including E-Commerce shipments;
•    Ensure that the company guidelines are adopted in the event of theft, especially in terms of communication and documentation produced;
•    Support in the prompt investigation in the event of system negatives;
•    Manage the flow of the product and the related documentation, recording their movement in the IT system;
•    Plan and Manage with Store Manager the organization and execution of the Physical and Cycle Inventories of the finished product and accessory locations (packaging / stationery and Engineering materials) respecting the company timing in order to avoid losses;
•    Support the management of the warehouse activities related to sales;
•    Ensure security and cleanliness of the warehouse;
•    Maintain contacts and relationships with the providers used;
•    Keep updates and organizes the archive on a monthly basis;
•    Comply with KPIs updates, guidelines and company procedures from the relevant Store Operations Manager, from the Store Manager or from the Headquarters
•    Supervise payment procedures and support the sale staff if necessary and helping them find a solution to any problem that may occur (sharing with SM if needed);
•    Support the administration activities such as petty cash and daily or weekly deposits.


KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

 

Stock management experience 
Problem solving, curiosity and interest in retail
Experience in a luxury or premium retail environment
Being able to work in team, as well as alone
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
