IT Indirect Procurement Senior Business Analyst

JOB PURPOSE

Accountable for implementation, support, development, and maintenance of software application in engineering & indirect purchase domain in the industrial production team. Based on the roadmap, he/she will analyze the business needs designing potential solutions and evolution of the application in sync with IT Engineering & Merchandising Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate in definition of new solution according to business needs
• Collaborate in the functional and technical analysis of the solution to be achieved
• Collaborate with the programmers for development activities
• Test the solutions and application evolutions
• Highlight constraints, risks and issues to IT Engineering & Merchandising Manager
• Ensure the solidity of the IT solutions developed
• Prepare new solution documentation (e.g., user manual) and share it and clarify to business team
• Attention to perception and satisfaction

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

Analytical skills (such as critical thinking, problem solving and proactivity) are mandatory

Successful studies in business management or engineering

Solid technical background, with experience in Procurement & Logistics ERP (SAP MM,& Logistic Execution & WM)

Business skills: thorough understanding of warehousing and logistics fundamentals in fashion industry

Good level of English (spoken and written)

The Knowledge of HANA/S4 is a plus
