IT Industrial Planning Lead

JOB PURPOSE
The ideal candidate is accountable for implementation, support, development and maintenance of software applications in industrial planning domain in the production team. Based on the roadmap, he/she will analyze the business needs designing potential solutions and evolution of the application in sync with IT Production Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the industrial planning business team with functional and application activities
- Help in defining the project objectives being involved in the process of demand with the IT Production Manager
- Collaborate in the functional and technical analysis of the solution to be achieved
- Collaborate with the Programmers for development activities
- Test the solutions and applications evolutions.
- Highlight constraints, risks and issues to the IT Production Manager
- Prepare new solution documentation (e.g. user manual), share and explain to business team
- Attention to perception and satisfaction
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
Successful studies in business management or engineering
Solid technical background, with experience in Industrial planning tools
Business skills: thorough understanding of industrial planning and related integration with integrated business planning
Worldwide skills: Experience with large enterprise projects in international environments, Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with different international cultures
Good level of English (Spoken and Written)
