JOB PURPOSE

 

This individual will be part of Prada HR IT department. Candidate must have a solid educational and experiential background gained in IT support for applications of HR Administration & Cost Controlling area.  

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Work closely with the IT HR Manager and HR Administration & Cost Controlling team to develop, maintain and manage through budget, actuals, accruals, planned cash flow and overall forecast.
  • In this area will be requested to manage new requests for Payroll, Time and Travel management systems.
  • Work with other IT HR team members to facilitate successful integration between modules and related business processes
  • Conduct regular periodic sessions with internal client and stakeholders
  • Strong stakeholders management skills
  • Keep the internal customer satisfaction levels high by providing timely services to them
  • Report to the IT HR Program Manager
     

 

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

 

Bachelors/Master’s degree in Engineering or Economics;

Fluency in Italian and English;

3+ years of experience with SAP Financial Systems (FICO, …), SAP HR and Tagetik;

3+ years of experience with Payroll, Time and Travel management IT solutions (SAP Concur is a plus);

3+ years of relevant consulting experience is preferred;

Experience in Business Planning and Budgeting required;

Strong understanding of project financials (budget, actuals, accruals, ETC and EAC);

Ability to work independently as well as with cross functional teams to drive; continuous improvement, both technologically and functionally to satisfy business initiatives;

Problem solving, flexibility and proactivity;

Excellent communication skills;

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products;

Commitment, teamwork, entrepreneurship.
