JOB PURPOSE
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Product Owner Intern in the eCommerce area to join our growing Product team to be part of the Digital Dept. Come, build with us.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The Catalog Product Owner Intern will support the development, maintenance, and improvement of the Product Information Management system and other systems involved in the catalog process. This role will assist in platform administration, collaborating with key stakeholders to contribute to the catalog roadmap. The Intern will gain experience in integrations, migrations, best practices, workflows, and governance while supporting the team in daily activities.
In detail, the candidate will:
Support the development of the different tools involved in catalog process with cross-functional teams (e.g., business users, engineers, marketing, partners);
Assist in managing key relationships by working with software engineers, e-Operations, Scrum Masters, QA team and UX/UI designers across the enterprise to understand their needs and drive results;
Contribute to the catalog roadmap for core features and components of the tools;
Help sharing strategy, roadmap, progress and insights broadly and systematically with different partners and stakeholders;
Support the identification of technical/functional problem solver, identify problems and where they lie in the ecosystem;
Assist in planning and executing unit, regression, integration, and acceptance testing related to Catalog Systems enhancements, changes, and upgrades;
Help identify and report opportunities to leverage PIM application to improve business processes, data governance and support efficiency efforts cross-functionally across the business;
Support project execution and support the definition of system roll-out strategy including change management.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Be proactive, adaptable, responsible, creative and detail oriented
Master’s degree (or equivalent) in business management or engineering
Willingness to learn SCRUM, Agile or Design Sprint methodologies
Excellent English knowledge (written and spoken)
