As a Learning & Development Intern, you will play a key role in supporting the design and implementation of initiatives that foster talent development and enhance employee growth within the organization. You will contribute to creating impactful learning experiences that align with our business goals and uphold the brand’s commitment to excellence and innovation. This internship offers a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the dynamic environment of a global brand, leveraging your academic knowledge and skills to make a meaningful contribution to the L&D function.
Key Responsibilities
- Program Support: Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of L&D global and local initiatives, including workshops and training programs.
- Content Development: Contribute to the creation of engaging learning materials, such as presentations, role plays and handouts.
- Data Management: Track and analyze training participation, feedback, and performance metrics to evaluate program effectiveness.
- Research: Conduct research on industry trends, best practices, and innovative learning solutions to enhance existing programs.
- Communication: Support internal communication efforts to promote learning opportunities and events.
Requirements
Education: Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
Languages: Fluency in both Italian and English is mandatory (written and spoken).
Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) or e-learning tools is a plus.
Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Passion: Enthusiastic about talent development, continuous learning, and the luxury fashion industry.
