JOB PURPOSE
We are seeking an experienced Learning & Development Trainer to lead the design, facilitation, and implementation of innovative learning initiatives that support talent development in Prada Group. This role will focus specifically on delivering impactful learning experiences in in-person and remote formats, ensuring high engagement, interactivity, and business alignment. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in facilitation, adult learning principles, and instructional design, along with a passion for cultivating growth in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Learning Facilitation: Lead the delivery of live learning sessions for our corporate and retail population, ensuring engaging and inclusive learning environments.

Program Design: Design, implement, and continuously improve scalable L&D programs aligned with business priorities, with a strong emphasis on digital and hybrid formats.

Content Development: Develop high-quality, interactive learning content including virtual presentations, toolkits, self-paced modules, and digital assets.

Measurement & Insights: Evaluate learning effectiveness using data and feedback to drive continuous improvement and demonstrate business impact.

Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with HR Business Partners, subject matter experts, and global teams to identify needs and deliver solutions that support capability building.
REQUIREMENTS
Experience: Minimum 5 years in Learning & Development or a related field, with proven experience in facilitating in-person and remote learning programs.
Education: Degree in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Organizational Psychology, Education, or related discipline.
Languages: Fluency in English and Italian (spoken and written); other languages are a plus.
Technical Skills: Strong command of digital learning platforms (e.g., Zoom, Teams, LMS), and proficiency with Microsoft Office and e-learning tools (e.g., Articulate, Canva, Miro).
Capabilities: Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills; ability to lead virtual rooms with energy and impact.
Mindset: Agile, learner-centric, and passionate about enabling growth in a global luxury context.
