Prada Content Production Manager

JOB PURPOSE
The Content Production Manager is responsible for managing photo and video productions for the Prada brand.
The role includes coordinating internal resources and external agencies and productions, respecting the assigned budget and time schedule. This position involves ongoing collaboration with the Content Production Director, sevral internal departments, and company. The Content Production Manager is able to autonomously run the pre-production, production and post-production process, being always updated with the latest telants in the industry, trends and technologies.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- To present the best suppliers per each project. To manage the bidding processes.
- Budget & Schedule Management: Manage content production budgets and allocate resources effectively in accordance with Content Production Director.
- Optimize production costs while maintaining high production value, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Prada’s Content Productiuon Director, as well as Prada internal stakeholders and external agencies or freelancers, to ensure all content meets brand guidelines.
- Vendor Management: Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with external vendors and production partners (e.g., agencies, production companies, photographers, videographers, post-production). Secure high-quality services and talent as needed, and oversee contracts and agreements to align with budget and quality expectations.
- Scheduling & Workflow: create effective production plans and ensure efficient workflows for multiple concurrent projects. Ensure timely delivery of all content assets for marketing initiatives by coordinating schedules, managing project milestones, and proactively addressing any production challenges.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Good knowledge of photo shooting and video making with a proven history in content production of minimum 5 years.
He/she should have his/her own network of professionals contacts (Production Companies, Creative Agencies, Directors, Photographers).
An excellent demonstrated proficiency in written and spoken English and the availability to travel several times per year are mandatories. Great skills to work in team and to be a problem solver with a positive and flexible attitude.
