IT Manager (France - Belgium - Monaco)

JOB PURPOSE
To be responsible for all areas inclusive of applications, database management and technical analysis. To lead the core systems such as SAP, POS, Microsoft Dynamic, SAP BI/BO and Digitals. To develop, validate and implement key regional projects along with the creation of the system manual and procedures definition.
To lead functional analysis to properly assess and implement solutions based upon the requirements of all production and in-house applications for the France, Belgium, Monaco.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead the whole process of identifying, designing, developing, implementing and maintaining information systems considering diverse users, platforms, IT environment (e.g. host based, distributed, client/server) interactive online systems, Internet/Intranet software, applications and interfaces • Manage the deployment, maintenance and support of all current IT systems, including SAP (Retails, Warehouse Management and FICO), POS, CRM, BI/BO, database, digitals, unified communications tools and office automations
• Act as a local referral point to HQ/local IT team
• Deploy and manage corporate projects in the region in compliance with the group standards and the defined schedules
• Ensure the creation and maintenance of all written documentation, including system and user manuals, license agreements and documentation of modifications and upgrades
• Provide end user and subsidiaries’ IT training
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
7 to 10 years of Retail IT experience with at least 3 to 5 years focusing on SAP Applications CRM or POS systems with the project management experience
Experience with SAP MM, WM and SD Modules
Networking and Infrastructure knowledge
