JOB PURPOSE

A person within the finance field in the complex administrative reality of the operational parent company of the Prada Group, with rapid potential for development towards positions of responsibility.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• The candidate will be simultaneously enrolled in an on-the-job training program and will provide support for the digital transformation and change management project in the finance domain
• At the end of approximately 6 months, two possible paths will be presented based on the aptitudes demonstrated during the initial work period
  Continuing in the digital transformation and change management project as a trainer
  Joining the administration office of Prada Spa in either record-to-report or order-to-pay processes

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS 

Master's degree in Economics-related disciplines and 3-5 years of work experience
Good command of the English language (CEFR B2 or higher)
Knowledge of accounting obligations under civil/corporate law regulations
Familiarity with international accounting principles
Understanding of finance processes within multinational groups

Preferred qualifications include:
Experience in the finance function of major fashion sector groups
Experience in auditing firms
